This is our Annual Mombasa #arepsfitnesstour an event that is meant to create awareness on the benefits of regular exercises and being physically active. Other objectives includes:-
- Fitness Test for participants.
- Nutrition & Supplements guidance.
- Financial management guidance.
- Networking for persons in the health, fitness and physical activity sector.
The event also create a marketing and branding platform for fitness and exercise professionals.
Organizations that wishes to market and sell their products and services can have their banner displayed at the venue including having a trade stand.
