Nakuru AREPS Fitness Tour 2023

Will be held @FussNax Arena, Nakuru.

This is our Annual Nakuru #arepsfitnesstour an event that is meant to create awareness on the benefits of regular exercises and being physically active. Other objectives includes:-

1. Fitness Test for participants.
2. Nutrition & Supplements guidance.
3. Financial management guidance.
4. Networking for persons in the health, fitness and physical activity sector.

The event also create a marketing and branding platform for fitness and exercise professionals.

Organizations that wishes to market and sell their products and services can have their banner displayed at the venue including having a trade stand.

This will be the third event we are holding in Nakuru the first one having been held on October 2021.
