Fitness Instructors Association of Tanzania - FIAT an Association of Exercise Professionals and Sports Coaches of united republic of Tanzania have officially become a member of our Register. All FIAT members automatically acquires AREPS© membership.

This will take place on 1st July 2023 at Norwich Union, Conducted by St. John Ambulance Tutor. Charges is 1,500Ksh. Certificates issued after Training. It's open to individuals who works or stay in areas where they might need to attend to CPR related emergencies. Click on the POSTER to reserve your slot.

The Annual AREPS© FITNESS TOUR Nakuru will be held on 29th of July 2023 at FussBall NaxArena in Nakuru. The event brings together exercise Professionals, Exercise Enthusiasts and various sector stakeholder. Its a shared platform for fitness and physical activity stakeholders in Nakuru and Kenya.
