Fitness Instructors Association of Tanzania - FIAT an Association of Exercise Professionals and Sports Coaches of united republic of Tanzania have officially become a member of our Register. All FIAT members automatically acquires AREPS© membership.

This will take place on 1st July 2023 at Norwich Union, Conducted by St. John Ambulance Tutor. Charges is 1,500Ksh. Certificates issued after Training. The Annual AREPS© FITNESS TOUR Nakuru will be held on 29th of July 2023 at FussBall NaxArena in Nakuru. The event brings together exercise Professionals, Exercise Enthusiasts and various sector stakeholder. Its a shared platform for fitness and physical activity stakeholders in Nakuru and Kenya.
